Good 1 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

Introduction & Acceptance

Good 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "good 1") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh and other permitted regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to Good 1's website, mobile app, and all associated services.

By registering on or using good 1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using good 1.

1. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open an account and use the services on Good 1, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account on good 1.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended or closed.
• You are not a government official or employed in a profession where participating in gaming would create a conflict of interest.
• A valid, verifiable email address and phone number must be provided at the time of registration.

2. Account Security & Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your good 1 account. You are personally liable for all activity that takes place on it.

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you lose access to your account or suspect unauthorized access, contact good 1 support immediately.
• Any bet or transaction made from your account — whether by you or anyone else — is entirely valid and remains your responsibility.
• Renting, selling, or transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Good 1 reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

All financial transaction rules on Good 1 are outlined below. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (may vary by payment method).
• Maximum Deposit: Up to ৳5,00,000 per day (may vary by VIP level).
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 15 minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification is not complete.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes — use for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Good 1 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold pending additional verification if a suspicious transaction is detected.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Good 1 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a percentage bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (typically 20x to 35x) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within a specified time frame. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Good 1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5. Betting Rules

All betting activity on Good 1 is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless good 1 approves it under exceptional circumstances.
• Good 1 reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or system fault.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with good 1's established policy.
• Good 1 is not liable for disconnections during live betting.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), audited by an independent third party.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on good 1 and may result in immediate account closure:

• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Harassing other members or posting obscene or harmful content on the platform.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is one of good 1's top priorities. We comply with international data protection standards.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account verification, payment processing, and service improvement.
• Your data is never sold to third parties. However, we may be required to share information with regulatory authorities under legal obligations.
• All financial data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

Good 1 believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should never cause harm. We are firmly committed to responsible gaming.

• All members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform (self-exclusion) whenever you feel it is necessary.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact support immediately.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use good 1 is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Good 1 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• If involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is found.
• Engaging in any activity listed under the Prohibited Activities section.
• At the member's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds and provided no violations have occurred) will be returned.

10. Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

Good 1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Advance notice will be sent to the registered email address for significant changes.

• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• Any disputes relating to these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.
• The Bangla version of this document shall be considered the authoritative text.
